A proud graduate of Purdue University, Faith holds a double major in Cybersecurity and Network Engineering, with a minor in Organizational Leadership and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation—a rare blend of technical expertise, leadership development, and entrepreneurial insight.

Emmani Ellis | Co-Founder, COO of IronWorkz, Inc.
A proud Purdue University alumna, Emmani holds a degree in Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering Technology and uses her technical background to power innovative solutions that drive real-world impact. She brings a hands-on, systems-driven approach to entrepreneurship education and ecosystem building.

Kristin Laflech | High School Entrepreneurship Teacher
As an experienced operations leader, Kristin spent years managing and optimizing systems in corporate environments — but her most rewarding work began when she shifted gears to education. She is passionate about fostering creativity, critical thinking, and confidence in young people, and she is committed to creating spaces where they can lead, experiment, and grow.

Adam Hunt | Tech Founder
As a volunteer mentor and professional advisor, Adam has worked with dozens of entrepreneurs and nonprofits across diverse sectors. Adam is passionate about empowering under-resourced communities to drive solutions for the world’s most pressing challenges. He is an experienced tech founder with 19 years in software and cybersecurity, and 13 years building entrepreneurial support systems around the world.
