IronWorkz was created to bring the city of Gary together and to provide resources that will generate equity within the community. The name was developed from Gary being known for the Steel Mills where many families migrated from the South to create a better life for their families. IronWorkz is to be a place for the community and bridge the gap on equity issues while embodying what it means to be a Gary resident. IronWorkz will serve as a powerhouse for the City of Gary residents and provide them with tools to create and innovate to become the best versions of themselves. Be apart of the Revitalization!
